About Archery
I like archery, I started over ten years ago, and I was pretty good. Now, not so much. Though I took a few years off, I've taken it up again and am getting better

There are ten basic steps to tossing a twig off of a bow. Although depicted as a sequence of separate events, you should execute these steps in one single smooth motion. These are the Basics, now take them to your practice place and learn what works best for you. You will develop your own distinct mothods of tossing your twigs. Once internalize you'll toss with little thought and naturally and then you'll get better and better

This is a series of GIF-files, which are somewhat large, there was no way to get a better scan. Every page with the images loaded is less than 20k. The recommended resolution for viewing is at least 800x600.

These figures keep appearing from time to time at almost every club in Holland, so we thought we might as well put them on the Net. We do not know where they exactly came from and who made them. If you do know, please tell us so we can properly attribute these drawings.
