From Me: I've got two of this train set, The're both out of the boxes and on my tracks. Mom bought the first at my first train show, it was my first of the PC Train Sets. I changed the engine number on the second. I like how these engines run they work well and hard. I think the cars are cute too, with President's Choice products on each side. The locomotive is ... The cars are all in their original condition, with truck mounted horn-hook couplers. As is the caboose. This set comes with brass track, an oval. I'll sell you the track for a good price. This train set sold in the Loblaws chain of grocery stores for $?CAD, from 1994 November till they were out of stock.

There are famouse model railraoders all over the world, but but one that leaves hobbyists awestruck is George Sellios, of Peabody, MAssachusetts. George has been working on an intricately detailed, HO scale layout of the Franklin & South Manchester Railroad as it would have appeared in 1935, in the days of Al Capone. The layout is about one -third finished and when complete will measure 23tf X 42ft (7m X 13m). George has been working on it since 1986 and sais his goal is to finish it in his lifetime! Our PC Insider's Express was photographed on George's dream layout in peabody, at his company Fine Scale Miniatures. One can almost hear the quiet rumble of the train in this bygone era as it makes its way along the elevated tracks by the harbour and heads towards Manchester Central Station.
